Manages T-Rex, a mapping database for information dissemination and providing travel time info via 511NY. Ensures accurate data entry into the system for critical incidents. Whether supporting content creation for Amerikids or facilitating digital literacy programs in underserved communities in Bangladesh, I’ve developed valuable skills in communication, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration. These experiences have underscored my commitment to making a positive difference globally and locally, empowering communities, and fostering inclusivity in the digital age.
