Digital education across multiple languages and virtual internships worldwide

Lecturus Summer Internship 2024 marks an exciting milestone as we launch our first-ever worldwide virtual internships. We are thrilled to build a collaborative environment that brings together students from across the globe. This summer, we welcome interns from Draka, Bangladesh, who are working alongside students from New York City College of Technology. Together, they are raising awareness of the importance of education for personal growth.

We are excited to work with three separate teams this summer: Business, Marketing, and Technology. Our interns will incorporate artificial intelligence tools to make education accessible in multiple languages and build Raspberry Pi computers, which will be donated to educational initiatives in Bangladesh. Additionally, the Business and Technology teams will contribute to our strategy campaign by analyzing data and creating a strategic plan for Lecturus.

Meet the Interns Summer 2024

Tasnia Zahin Rahman is from Dhaka, Bangladesh, and graduated from United International University with a major in Accounting and a minor in Management Information Systems. During her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tasnia actively participated in numerous business competitions and volunteered in several activities. ….

Jannatun Nabila is a driven and goal-oriented student specializing in Database technology, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (BTECH) in Computer Systems at New York City College of Technology, Brooklyn, New York. With a strong foundation in SQL and various popular databases, Jannatun demonstrates proficiency in relational data modeling and RDBMS design.

As a Computer Systems bachelor’s graduate specializing in the database track at New York College of Technology, Sachin has developed a strong foundation in data engineering and analysis. His experience includes creating a comprehensive SSIS project and working on data analysis and statistical models for his final course project.

Mohammad Khan is a dedicated data analytics professional passionate about uncovering insights that drive business success. With a solid marketing and data visualization foundation, I have honed my skills to become a proficient and innovative analyst in the field. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration in Marketing, which enables me to bridge the gap between complex data and actionable marketing strategies. …

Tenzin Tsering is a graduate of New York City College of Technology (CUNY) with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in data analysis, technical support, and system enhancements.

Kevin Pintado is a student at New York City College of Technology, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Emerging Media with a specialization in Media Computation and a minor in Computer Science. His academic and extracurricular pursuits have fostered a profound interest in emerging technologies, particularly 3D printing and software development. With substantial experience in coding, front and back-end website development, and using platforms like Arduino Uno, I am well-versed in the practical applications of theoretical knowledge. …

Fairooz Chowdhury’s journey into social media marketing and management began right after high school. Instead of following the usual paths my friends took, like retaking SATs or tutoring, I chose to explore something different. I’ve always liked using social media, and it turns out, I’ve been pretty good at promoting stuff for the groups I’ve been involved with. Even though I didn’t realize it at the time that what I was doing was marketing, I still had fun with it. Later, when I started researching more about this field, I finally realized my passion and decided to make a career out of it. …
